Quantum Meditation (Q-med): Please begin to do your listening practice while in motion. Do it while talking to another, in the car, walking, at home, in the shower, at work or anywhere that you can think of to enhance your ability to drop into being present.

These EFT sessions with Brad Yates are intended to help uninstall things that may not be working and re-install opening beliefs. Do them as often as you like. You know you are complete with a topic when you no longer feel a slight closing when you think of having the issue. You only need to do the ones that call to you.
