Do this to clearly feel your IGS and what it’s telling you
Your IGS is located in your body and it uses your nervous system to give you guidance. It is crucial that you are able to quickly feel your body and quiet your mind to understand the guidance you are getting.
This practice is what I call the “set point” for using your IGS. You will learn to stop in the moment and get to the perfect place to access your IGS. It is the foundation that I want you to connect with over and over again in the next couple weeks. Enjoy!
